Jackson County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance with a theft of a Massimo mini bike with a 196CC Engine. The theft occurred between August 7th-17th, on Co Rd FF in Northfield, Jackson County, Wisconsin. Below is a stock photograph of what the mini bike looks like. The mini bike also has an eagle “freedom” stick on the back fender and the foot pegs were broken off.

The Jackson County Crime Stoppers is assisting with a 2012 missing person case in hopes to generate new leads.
Gene Cloud Jr. was last seen on January 25, 2012 at approximately 7:05 AM in Millston Township, Jackson County, Wisconsin. Cloud had been operating a vehicle on County Road O when he entered the ditch. Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy made contact with Cloud at which time he fled on foot into a wooded area. Witnesses reported that Cloud was seen attempting to flag down vehicles on County Road O. On January 27, 2012, Cloud’s family reported him as a missing person. The Cloud family reported that he had not been seen since the law enforcement contact on January 25, 2012. Cloud was last seen wearing a black stocking hat, black jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt, a black leather jacket, and black shoes. Cloud’s current whereabouts are unknown.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gene Cloud Jr. can contact Jackson County Crime Stoppers and can remain anonymous. The Ho-Chunk Nation is offering a reward up to $25,000 dollars for the return or recovery of Gene Cloud, Jr. The determination and distribution of the $25,000 dollar reward will be handled solely by the Ho-Chunk Nation.
Cloud is currently entered in to National Crime Information Center (NCIC), NamUs, and Wisconsin’s clearinghouse for Missing & Exploited Children & Adults as a missing person. Fingerprints, a dental profile and DNA profile is available for comparison.
The investigation into the whereabouts of Cloud is still ongoing by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Ho-Chunk Nation Police Department.

Jackson County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance with a property damage complaint which occurred on US HWY 12/27, near Black River Falls, WI. On Sunday, May 8, 2022, between 7AM and 8AM, a white semi-truck lost a spare tire which struck a parked vehicle, causing damage. The driver of the semi-truck stopped to pick up the tire and left the scene without making an attempt to notify the property owner or contact law enforcement about the damage.

Jackson County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance with solving several road sign thefts which occurred in the beginning of April 2022, from City Point Township, Jackson County, Wisconsin. The following road signs were taken: ASPEN RD, HAYCREEK RD, MCKENNA RD, ST. HWY 54, OLD HWY 54, PRAY RD, SADDLE MOUND RD.
Jackson County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance with generating leads in an older burglary investigation that occurred at the Fairchild Barrel Inn on Hwy 10, in Jackson County, Wisconsin. On October 25, 2021, the suspect in the below photographs committed a burglary at the business. The suspect was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark color pants, light colored gloves, a light-colored mask and hat.
